There is nothing I enjoy more than growing my own food. I love the freedom of planting whatever I want and watching it grow over the warm summer months. Add to that the joy of seeing a well-stocked pantry and a stuffed to the rim freezer and you just summed up my happy place.

A few years ago I tested out an old-time gardening trick called Straw Bale Gardening and have been gardening this way for the last 4+ years!
This approach saves space, is less physical to setup, and works better than you may think!
